Refund Policy

In accordance with EU consumer rights, you have 14 days to return your order, starting from the day you receive your package.
At HIS, we honor this policy provided that the item is unused, clean, and in its original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.

How to Request a Return

To request a return, please send an email to info@his.com including your order number and reason for return.
The cost of return shipping is your responsibility, and the package must arrive within the 14-day return period.
If we receive the return after the deadline, we will not be able to issue a refund, and the package will be sent back to you.

Once we receive your return, please allow up to 7 business days for processing.
The refund will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us at Info@his.com within 7 days of delivery with photos and a brief description of the issue.
We will review your case and provide a replacement or full refund if approved.
